PRAIANO' | PREIANO | PREIANO' | PREJANO'

Praianò, Preiano, Preianò and Prejanò, very very rare, are all typical of the province of Catanzaro, integrations provided by Stefano Ferrazzi Prejanò is a very rare surname, of probable Calabrian origins (as well as Preianò and Praianò), Prejanò could derive from Greek plagianòs, in the sense of inhabitant of the littoral, coming from the coastal zone. But it is not to exclude the toponymy origin of the surname: in Salerno is in fact the locality of Praiano.
