PROVVISIER | PROVVISIERI | PROVVISIERO

Provvisier and Provvisieri, practically almost unique, are probably due to errors of transcription of Provvisiero, which, very rare, is specific of the Neapolitan, of Marigliano, Nola and San Vitaliano, should derive from the profession of the founder, probably Administrator at a patrician house or wealthy people.
