Revellino, very very rare it would seem specific of Torino and Turin, should derive from a name of locality originated from a diminutive of the term Celta Roa (Ghiaieto, landslide), referred perhaps to characteristics of the land of dwelling, but it is also possible a Lombard derivation from the term rebæ (cover, roof, dwelling), meaning perhaps an isolated house.
