Savo has a large strain in Frosinone and in the frusinate in Torrice, Anagni, Ceccano, Ripi, Pofi and Alatri, in Sezze, Latina and cistern of Latina in Latinense and in Rome and Velletri in the Roman, a strain in the Salerno in Amalfi, and the city of Atrani, and a small strain to Pietrapaola in C Osentino, could derive from names of localities as Savo of Torrice in the frusinate, but, much more probably derives from the name Slavic Savo, also name of a Dalmatian river.
