SCIGLITANO

Sciglitano typical of the Reggino, of Seminara, Molochio and Palmi. Integrations provided by Giovanni Vezzelli Ethnical of the commune of Scilla (RC), which in dialect is called Scìgghiu. Integration provided by Patrick prized-USA I am almost sure that it comes from Sciglio, the ancient name of Scilla (RC), also because in the local dialect the inhabitants are called Scigghitani and not Scillesi or Scillani.
