Extremely rare is typical of the Reggiano, derives from the toponym Vallisnera of Collagna (King), Noble House of Lombard origin of the Parma lords since 1107 of the feud of Vallisnera and Valbona, towards the end of 1600 we find the scientist: "... Antonius Vallisnerius de Nobilibus de Vallisneria Publicus Medicinae Practicae Extraordin. Profess.... ".
