Zanchè, very rare, it is typical of the Piceno, and it is probably a contracted form of zanchetti that, very rare, is of the Pesaro with an autonomous strain in the Brescia, Zanchini is typical of the Forlivese, should derive from a nickname linked to the word dialect zanch ( Stilts) with probable reference to a physical characteristic, the legs dry and skinny. In 1200 we find the Zanchini lords of the Castle of Castiglionchio (FI). Traces of these cognitive references in Brescia are located in Berzo Inferiore (BS) where the name of the Master of Grammar and notary Antoniolo Zanchetti appears in 1504 in the chapel dedicated to St. Rocco erected in the old parish church of San Lorenzo.
