"and also in the act of taking possession of the municipality of Posta nel reatino by Margherita di Austria, dated 1st August 1572:" ... ab excellenti Domina Helionora Cornesia virtute clausulae constitutae in instrument venditionis hujusmodi rogato manu egregii Notarii Iosippi Margici de Aquila apparentis personalité if contulit ad dictam terram Apostae et ad se vocavit Magnificos Antonellum Leonardi, Alfonsum Rodulphium, Euditium Piccioli et Fabianum Cherubs Priores terrae praefate collegialiter existentes cum maxima alumum virorum terrae ejusdem caterva ante januam ejusdem terrae ....
