Saritzu, almost unique, is Quartu Sant'Elena in Cagliaritano, Sarritzu is typical of Cagliari and its surroundings, should derive from a nickname. Currently the surname Sarritzu is present in 53 Italian municipalities, of which 25 in Sardinia: Quartu S. E. 452, Cagliari 81, Quartucciu 45, Dolianova 21, etc. Sarritzu (Safe anagrapic error) is present in the only commune of Quartu, with only one household.
