En Navarra, con casa solar en el lugar de Arizcun, del Valle del Baztán del partido judicial de Pamplona. Otras casas, dimanadas de la anterior, hubo en los lugares de Arrayoz y de Berroeta. A la casa de Arizcun perteneció Jerónimo de B., natural de Arizcun, que contrajo matrimonio con doña María de Borda, natural de Maya, lugar del mismo Valle del Baztán, y procrearon a Miguel de B. y Borda, natural de Arizcun, que casó con doña Ana Catalina de Goyeneche, de igual naturaleza, y fueron padres de José Custodio de B., Segundo Ayudante mayor de Guardias Españolas, natural de Arizcun y caballero de la Orden de Santiago, en la que ingresó el 7 de Enero de 1740. De la casa de Arrayoz fueron Miguel de B., vecino de Logroño, y Graciana de B., vecina de Saldias, villa del partido judicial de Pamplona, que en 1715 y 1773, solicitaron que les fuera declarada la nobleza de que habían gozado sus ascendientes. De la casa de B. de Berroeta, procedió Pedro B. e Iribarren, que de su esposa, doña Catalina de Oronocena, tuvo a Juan B., que casó con doña Josefa de Inda, y fueron padres de Juan Martín B., que contrajo matrimonio con doña Catalina Indart, naciendo de esta unión Juan Bautista B., que nació en el lugar de Berroeta el 11 de Marzo de 1743, y fué ilustre tronco de la noble familia de este apellido en Antioquía, departamento de la hoy República de Colombia. Salió este Juan Bautista de su valle nativo en 1760, a los diez y siete años de edad y marchó a América a buscar fortuna. ...
