Hubo también casas en el lugar de Oyeregui, del mismo Valle de Bertiz y en la ciudad de Pamplona. Del Palacio de B. fué Pedro Miguel de B., Señor de B., Merino mayor de las Montañas en 1398 y Alcaide del castillo de Irurita. El Rey le concedió en 1392 las pechas de Larraun, Araiz, Arezo y Leiza. fué su hijo Miguel de B., Señor de B., Merino mayor de las Montañas. Casó con doña María de Ayala y fueron padres de Petri Sanz B., Señor de B., Capitán esforzado, que tomó el castillo de Ozcorroz en 1460, y tuvo por hijo a Juan Peris de B., Señor de B., que fué agraciado por la Princesa Doña Leonor en 1474 con la quinta de eyurdea del Bidasoa y con las pechas de Arce, Azcárraga y Elorriaga. Casó con doña Inés de Uturbia (hija del Señor de Uturbia), naciendo de ese enlace Pedro Peris de B., Señor de B., Caballerizo del Rey Don Carlos III de Navarra. Casó con doña Antonia de Narbarte, y fueron padres de Juan Peris de B., Señor de B., Copero del Rey por los años de 1568. Obtuvo sentencia en 1560 declarando que podía tener aduanas en los puertos de Marañón, Cabredo y Lapoblación. Contajo matrimonio con doña Juana de San Martín, y no habiendo tenido hijos varones heredó el Señorío de B. y su Palacio su hija María de B., que casó con Miguel de Alduncin, Señor de Alduncin. ...
