In documento del 1326 della Raccolta Bini (Arch. capitolare Udine N. II-XLVI) è nominato per la prima volata un Andriuccius dictus Mistruz filius Jaconussi de Venzono. Altro documento del 1336 illustrato da V. Joppi ("Un documento mosacense del 1336", Udine 1891) nominava un Jacominus qm. Antoni de Venzono. Ammesso che il Jaconussius del primo documento sia, com'è probabile, la stessa persona che il Jacominus del secondo, sarebbe l'indicato Antonio di Venzone, morto prima del 1336, il capostipite dell'antica famiglia dei conti Mistruzzi. Nelle generazioni che seguirono alle tre prime, continuò il nomignolo di Mistruz, finché alla fine del trecento lo vediamo alternarsi con quello di Vraising nome di indubbia origine germanica, e che si vuole derivato da Freisingen, o da Freisinger. Di una famiglia de Brising, de Brisingen, de Frisingen, de Freisingen si hanno notizie in Baviera fino dai primi secoli dopo il mille (Monumenta, Boica, ecc.), ...
