Nobility crown PelegriEn Cataluña es muy antigua una familia de este linaje.Tuvo su solar en la ciudad de Lérida y está apellidada P. en diversos nobiliarios y documentos. Uno de sus primitivos varones era Comendador de Lérida, Orden de San Juan, en 1175. Una rama aragonesa moró en la villa de El Pobo de Dueñas, del partido judicial de Molina de Aragón, que en la actualidad pertenece a la provincia de Guadalajara. Se apellidó López P., y de ella fué José López P., natural de El Pobo de Dueñas, que casó con doña María Sanz Malo, natural del lugar de Setiles, en el mismo partido de Molina, donde el matrimonio quedó avecindado. Procrearon a Juan López P. Sanz, natural de Setiles, que efectuó su enlace con doña María Josefa Váquez de Barrinetos, de la misma naturaleza (hija de Santiago Vázquez de Barrientos, natural de Cubillejo de la Sierra, lugar que también pertenece al partido judicial de Molina de Aragón, y de doña María Bayo Chesa, natural de Setiles), naciendo de esa unión Blas López P. y Vázquez, natural de Setiles, que controja matrimonio con doña Eugenia Martínez Herranz, natural del lugar de Tordellego (Molina de Aragón), hija de José Martínez, natural de Checa, villa que igualmente pertenece al partido de Molina de Aragón, y de doña Manuela Herranz de Selas, natural de Tordellego. Don Blas y doña Eugenia, fueron padres de Juan López P. y Martínez, natural de Molina de Aragón y Caballero de la Orden de Carlos III, en la que ingresó el 22 de Enero de 1828. ...
