Famiglia distinta dalle due precedenti, e ascritta all'arte degli speziali, conseguì il priorato per quindici volte e per quattro volte il gonfalonierato tra il 1370 e il 1531. Giovanni di Dino di Ser Cenni fu mandato ambasciatore a Lucca nel 1342, e nel 1375 eletto al Magistrato degli Otto per la guerra contro Gregorio XI. Francesco fu dei Dieci di guerra e castellano di Volterra nel 1346, ambasciatore a Imola e Faenza e gonfaloniere di giustizia. Agostino, fu dei quarantotto scelti dal Duca Alessandro nella creazione del Senato Fiorentino. Pietro di Agostino Arciv. di Fermo dal 1621 al 1625. Altri membri di questa famiglia si distinsero per valor militare. Motto della famiglia: Libertas. Altro ramo. Dal Minutoli apprendiamo essere questa famiglia originaria dell'isola di Scio in Messina, portata da un Giustiniano Dini, aggregato alla senatoria de' nobili.
