Antica ed illustre famiglia che, nel 1727, venne aggregata al nobile Consiglio della città di Bassano, con un Francesco, del fu Andrea, da cui discendono i sotto indicati fratelli, Antonio e Paolo, i quali egualmente fecero parte del predetto nobile Consiglio, prima ancora dell'estinzione della Repubblica Veneta. In data 21 settembre 1821, Sua Maestà I.R.A. ha accordato ad essi fratelli la conferma della nobiltà. Ricordiamo: Antonio, qu. Francesco, nato il 2 luglio 1725, ammogliato il 5 giugno 1794 con la sig.ra Caterina, del fu Girolamo Sartori, da cui Caterina Angela, nata il 19 ottobre 1795; Giovanni Paolo, fratello di Antonio, nato il 24 gennaio 1756, ammogliato il 18 novembre 1783 con la sig.ra Laura Maria, del fu Niccolò Compostella, da cui Francesco Gaetano, nato il 27 luglio 1789, Angela maria, nata il 2 gennaio 1791, Andrea Benvenuto, nato il 26 agosto 1797, Antonio Maria, nato il 2 luglio 1801.
