L'imperatore Francesco Giuseppe d'Austria, con Sovrana Risoluzione 18 aprile 1906, seguita da diploma dello stesso anno concesse il trasferimento del titolo baronale e dello stemma gentilizio, già usato da Eugenio de Albori, al fratello Giovanni ed ai suoi legittimi discendenti. Chiesero il riconoscimento del titolo del barone mf. i seguenti: Bruno Francesco Giovanni, nato Trieste 10 agosto 1891, di Riccardo, di Giovanni e di Ida Enrica Glauzmann. Cugino: Aldo Giuseppe Giovanni, n. Trieste, II settembre 1900, di Arturo, di Giovanni e di Maria Luigia Giuseppina Vidich. Motto della famiglia: Fidelitate et assiduitate (in caratteri lapidari d'oro). Altro ramo. Antica ed illustre famiglia proveniente dall'Austria. Furono baroni austriaci dal 1880. La presenza del motto nella bibliografia documentata della famiglia ci conferma l'avita nobiltà raggiunta della casata. Infatti l'origine del motto risale a circa il XIV secolo e deve essere ricercata in quei detti arguti che venivano scritti sui vessilli o bandiere
