Antigua familia originaria de Hungría, grabó en Mantua en 1156 con Niccolò, padre de la bendita Osanna. Los investigadores de Araldis señalan una importante placa de mármol con el escudo de armas de la familia Preti y Andreasi, colocada en la Iglesia de Nuestro Señor de Gracia en Grazie en la provincia de Mantua, de la cual informamos fielmente el texto en latín: "Catharinae amorotae De Andreasiis Ludovici De Pretis uxoris ipsa sicmandante hic bones conduntur quaeobiit year MDXXVII ult ° Augusti quod autem vetustate collisum Alexander De Pretis eius Fillius ad perpetuam rei memoriam restaurari fecit MDLXXV ".
