Family originating from the Veneto region, from where it appears to have originated in Romagna around 1400, and is believed to have originated in the Brembo valley. In Padua there are memories of a blessed Antonio Manzoni, who lived in the thirteenth century. The family can be believed to have common origins with those currently living in Vicenza and Padua.
