Unsicher ist die Herkunft dieser Familie, da nicht bekannt ist, ob sie aus Spanien stammt, weil der Heilige von Kastilien zur Zeit von König D. Fernando Oberbürgermeister der Stadt Baeça D. Vicente de A. war. im Jahr 1234 oder begann in Portugal im Gebiet Vale de A. am Ende des Dorfes Montemor-o-Novo, wie Manso de Lima in seinen Familien aus Portugal sagt.
