Su solar en Igueldo, jurisdicción de San Sebastián. De esa casa fué Martín de A., natural de Igueldo, que casó con doña Domenja de Miravalles, y fueron padres de Francisco de A., natural de Igueldo, que de doña Bárbara de Sagastiberri, natural de San Sebastián tuvo a Ignacio de A. Sagastiberri, natural de Igueldo, que contrajo matrimonio con doña Ana Cecilia de Orendain, natural de Aya y Caballero de la Orden de Calatrava, en la que ingresó el 22 de Septiembre de 1733. Casó con doña Francisca Antonia de Aguirre, y tuvo en ella a Santiago de A. y Aguirre, natural de Azcóitia, Marqués de la Paz y Caballero de la Orden de Carlos III, desde el 15 de Marzo de 1785. A la misma casa perteneció Juan López de A., que casó con doña Catalina de Amézqueta, y fueron padres de Catalina de A. y Amézqueta, esposa de Miguel Xerez y Vértiz, del que tuvo varios hijos. Uno de ellos, llamado Juan Xerez de A., nacido en San Sebastián el 5 de Marzo de 1650, pasó a Caracas (Venezuela), donde casó y fundó la rama de los Xerez de A.
