Es stammt aus Álava und hatte sein Los anstelle von Armentia (dessen Name), das heute dem Stadtrat von Vitoria gehört. Ein wichtiger Zweig, der aus dieser Verschwörung abgeleitet wurde, wurde im frühen vierzehnten Jahrhundert in Córdoba gegründet, und daraus entstand Rodrigo Alfonso de A., Hauptritter von Córdoba und Nachbar der Sammlung von San Andrés. Er heiratete Doña Urraca Martínez und gründete in ihr in der Pfarrei La Magdalena am 16. Oktober 1365 eine Kapelle vor Antón García, Kanoniker der Kathedrale und Apostolischer Notar. Der Sohn dieser Ehe war Rodrigo Alfonso de A., zweiter des Namens, Herr dieses Hauses in Córdoba, der Doña Elvira Díaz de Estepa (Tochter von Pedro Díaz de Estepa, Jury der Sammlung von San Lorenzo, und Doña, heiratete) Olalla López de Haro), geboren aus dieser Vereinigung Gonzalo Alfonso de A., der seine Frau Juan Alfonso de A., die Frau María heiratete, von seiner Frau Doña Leonor García
