Antonio Girolamo agregou seus descendentes ao patriciado romano com a faculdade de ingressar nos conselhos e desfrutar de todos os privilégios concedidos aos patrícios romanos. O brasão de armas da família Artusini da Forlì é: D'azzurro, seis estrelas com oito raios dourados, 3, 2 e 1. Outro ramo. Lamberto ou Romberto Governador e Reitor do hospital da Ponte dell'Idice em 1287, Pino famoso professor de Decretais em 1321, e Cantino dele filho prof. das leis em 1334. Outro ramo. Um Cambio, um Antonio e um Ostasio eram senadores da pátria. Outra família levantou suas armas. De azul, para a faixa dourada, acompanhada de duas rosas da mesma, uma no cantão esquerdo da cabeça e a outra no cantão direito da ponta.
