Inicia esta Casa Don Bernardo Domingo de San Juan Francisco Regis de A. y de Franchi-Alfaro Llarena-Carrasco y Mesa, cuarto hijo de Don Bernardo Diego de A.-Bazán y de Doña Juana Victoria de Franchi-Alfaro, octavos poseedores de la Casa de A. Nació en la villa de La Orotava el 16 de junio de 1776 y contrajo dos matrimonios: el primero, en Cádiz, con Doña Gertrudis Menchirón, de la que no tuvo descendencia; y el segundo, en La Laguna, el 21 de octubre de 1811, con Doña María Estanislaa de San José de Torres Molina-Quesada Chirino y Pacheco-Solís, hija única de Don Nicolás Miguel de Torres Chirino, Teniente Coronel de los Reales Ejércitos en 1808. Continúa la línea el primogénito, Don Bernardo José Juan de A. y de Torres Franchi-Alfaro Molina Quesada y Chirino.
