It has its origin in the city of Astorga, whose name it took. Their individuals populated in Valderas, Mansilla, Carbajal de Fuentes and other towns and places in the province of León. They spread throughout the province of Valladolid, residing in Medina de Ríoseco, Simancas, Rueda and Medina del Campo.
