Ancient and very noble family of the Kingdom of Naples, of clear and ancestral virtue, spread over the centuries in different regions of Italy, awarded the Barony of Mariglianella (NA). Don Vincenzo was invested with the fief on April 26, 1788, by the succession of Don Mariano, his father. Don Michele was the controller of the General Direction of the Royal lots of the domains on this side of the lighthouse. The First Lieutenant Don Felice Avallone was a Knight of Grace of the Royal Military Order of St. George of the Reunion. A large branch of the family settled in Torre Annunziata, with Mag.co Giovanni Antonio Simone, born in Raito (1762-1817), the late Mag.co Mattia and Donna Stella Consiglio, married to Donna Emilia Serio (1767- 1807), from which Don Angelo Raffaele Aniello was born, born in Raito on 15 December 1799, who died in Torre Annunziata on 10 February
