Alte Patrizierfamilie von Cosenza, vermutlich ursprünglich aus Frankreich. Er hielt das edle Lehen von Lattarico und laut Castiglion Morelli auch das Land Eboli durch die Konzession von Federico d'Aragona. Es wurde im Auftrag Maltas seit 1592 mit einem Maurizio empfangen, der in Waffen tapfer ist und Autor verschiedener Komödien ist. Unter den anderen sind erwähnenswert: Angelo, Familie von Alfons I. von Aragon; Johannes Botschafter für König Friedrich am Hof von Ferdinand dem Katholiken; Francesco Antonio, genannt Jesuit, renommierter Redner. Mit dem königlichen Dekret vom 14. Juli 1907 wurde die Familie im Patrizier-Titel Cosenza für m anerkannt. und mit Erneuerung des baronialen, für mpr. Es wird vertreten durch Alfonso von Enrico von Alfonso, geboren in Sorrent am 11. Oktober 1885, Recon. im Titel des Barons und Patriziers von Cosenza mit DP 16. Juli 1927. Schwestern: Laura, geboren in Neapel 17. Oktober 1893, in Carafa di Andria: Francesca, geboren in Neapel 19.
