Ancient patrician family of Cosenza, believed to be originally from France. He held the noble fief of Lattarico, and, according to Castiglion Morelli, also the land of Eboli by concession of Federico d'Aragona. It was received in the order of Malta since 1592 with a Maurizio, valiant in arms and author of various comedies.
