Casa antiga e nobre originária da Toscana, localizada em Florença. De 1437 a 1527, concederam ao município treze priores, as últimas notícias que aparecem nas bibliografias de 1706 em Giovan Maria di Gaspero. Das inscrições das antigas placas sepulcrais das igrejas do Monte San Giuliano, publicadas em Pisa, sob a direção do Giornale Araldico, Rocca San Casciano de 1886, relatos dessa família originária da Toscana, onde ele morava em Pisa. Família muito antiga e nobre. Esta casa ilustre inclui personagens de grandes virtudes. Entre os cavaleiros antigos que, na antiguidade, na disciplina militar floresceram na Toscana.
