The ancient and noble family of these counts came from around 1400 from France to Italy and took up their room in Parma where in 1494 it was joined to that nobility having its members held the highest positions in the civic magistracy. Nicola, descendant of the family, from Parma was podestà of Mondolfo in 1471. Gabriele (about 1494), nobleman from Parma, was a knight of justice of the Order of SS. Maurizio and Lazzaro. Servia, daughter of said knight Gabriele, settled in Senigallia having married the nob. dr. Prospero Bisconti of said city. Here he founded the convent of Carmine, calling the Carmelites there who took possession of it in 1615, the year after her death. Giacomo, nobleman from Parma, in 1514 moved his family to Senigallia. Shortly thereafter he was admitted to the noble council, thus obtaining for himself and his descendants the nobility of that city. Latin
