Family of Spanish origin, decorated in an extinct branch, of the title of Count of Mesagne. It was aggregated to the nobility of Salerno in 1791 in the Portanova seat, and to that of Trani in 1799 in the S. Marco seat. In 1804, it was registered in the Register of Closed Squares.
