Ancient and notable Italian family from Tuscany, of clear and ancestral virtue, that has worldwide spread, over the centuries. According to what has been handed down, this family is a collateral branch of the noble Florentine family del Bene that obtained the priorate for twenty times and that had two senators at the time of the Medici. The del Bene family in 1530 was in fact exiled from Florence. Some of its exponents emigrated to other regions and also to France, others changed their surname and remained at home. From here it is believed that the family Beneccio originated.
