L'imperatore Giuseppe I, con diploma 28 agosto 1708, rilasciato a favore dei fratelli Girolamo, Giuseppe e Stefano, in considerazione dei servigi prestati dai loro maggiori ai suoi antenati, tanto nella carriera civile, che nella militare, li dichiarò, con tutta la discendenza d'ambo i sessi, nobili dell'Impero germanico e di tutti i domini austriaci; l'imperatore Carlo VI, con diploma I gennaio 1731, in premio dei lodevoli servigi resi nel Ducato di Lombardia da uno dei suddetti fratelli, cioè da Giuseppe, concedette ad essi ed ai legittimi loro discendenti il predicato de col titolo e rango di cavalieri del Sacro Romano Impero e di tutti gli Stati ereditari, titolo e predicato che vennero confermati a Giuseppe con dispaccio della Cancelleria Riunita 6 marzo 1823. Per l'acquisto della giurisdizione di seconda istanza del vicariato di S. Bonifacio, nel Veronese, con titolo di conte, Giuseppe e Stefano, conseguirono l'investitura il 31 maggio 1752;
