Ramo descendente de Beltrame que vive no século XIV. Otaviano (falecido em 1696) casou-se com Eleonora Visconti de Besnate em 1655: por esta aliança, este ramo acrescentou o sobrenome Visconti ao seu, reconhecido pela antiga nobreza de Francesco, R. Prefetto, com decreto ministerial de 1890. Estes, que em 1889 assumiram A esposa Maria Stanga, da família histórica dos condados de Castelnuovo Bocca d'Adda, obteve a renovação do título da cidade, já pertencente a outro ramo de Besozzi, agora extinto, com transmissão masculina primogenial por DL em 5 de dezembro de 1918, seguida por RR. LL. PP. 27 de março do ano seguinte. Eles são registrados na lista oficial com os títulos de "count" para mpr.; "nobre" para mf. e com o tratamento de don e mulher em pessoa de: Ottavio, nascido em Cremona em 2 de julho de 1890, de Francesco Luigi, Francesco, Giuseppe.
