Diramazione discendente da Beltrame vivente nel secolo XIV. Ottaviano (deceduto 1696) sposò nel 1655 Eleonora Visconti di Besnate: per questa alleanza questo ramo aggiunse al proprio il cognome visconteo, riconosciuto coll'antica nobiltà a Francesco, R. Prefetto, con decreto ministeriale del 1890. Questi, che nel 1889 prese in moglie Maria Stanga, della storica famiglia dei conti di Castelnuovo Bocca d'Adda ottenne la rinnovazione del titolo comitale, già appartenuto ad altro dei rami Besozzi, ora estinto, con trasmissione primogeniale maschile mediante D. L. 5 dicembre 1918 susseguito da RR. LL. PP. 27 marzo dell'anno susseguente. Sono iscritti nell'Elenco Ufficiale coi titoli di "conte" per mpr.; "nobile" per mf. e col trattamento di don e di donna in persona di: Ottavio, nato a Cremona il 2 luglio 1890, di Francesco Luigi, di Francesco, di Giuseppe.
