Antigua familia de Umbría con residencia en la ciudad de Gubbio y Perugia. La familia mencionada fue reconocida con el título de los condes de Coccorano. Durante más de cinco siglos, los condes de Coccorano, también señores de los feudos de Biscina, Giomisa, Petroja, Peglio, Colalto, Valcodale y Mondoglio.
