Derivati da Ser Tinaccio di Ranieri di Passignano, dettero alla patria diciannove priori. Agostino, religioso Agostiniano e sommo teologo, fu Vescovo di Narni nel 1343. Bernardo eletto gonfaloniere nel 1524, ed un altro Bernardo senatore nel 1686. Hanno avuto Cavalieri di San Stefano, e di Malta, ed un prete di Santa vita Fondatore in Firenze della Congregazione dell'Oratorio nel 1632. Sono le loro case in sulla Piazza de' Pitti; hanno molto dimorato, e dimorano in Ispagna. Di questa famiglia non si hanno più notizie dal 1843. Tali sono i principii, che da sopracitati Autori si diedero a questa famiglia, ma per esser questo fatto assai remoto, e d'historia molto lontana, lasciamo perciò a più eruditi delle sacre antichità, e dell'historie l'investigarne il suo certo principio. Quel che però di certo habbiamo, è che la casata per la loro antichità, e splendore, e per virtù militare, carrichi così laicali, come Ecclesiastici,

D'azzurro, all'archipenzolo d'oro, accostato in capo da due rose dello stesso, ed avente nella punta una piramide di sei monti d'oro.

Bini nobili in Firenze. Citato in "Dizionario storico blasonico delle famiglie nobili e notabili italiane estinte e fiorenti" vol.I, compilato dal Comm. G.B. di Crollalanza, edito presso la direzione del giornale araldico, Pisa 1888.

D'azzurro, allo scaglione d'oro, accompagnato in capo da due rose d'argento e in punta da un monte di sei cime dello stesso. Questo stemma compare anche partito con quello della famiglia Ricasoli (cfr. Sepoltuario Rosselli, San Francesco al Monte: Nicolò Bini e Francesca Ricasoli, morta nel 1520). Si trova anche il cognome agnatizio «Tinacci». Nel 1843 la famiglia si estinse lasciando erede la famiglia Smaghi di Montepulciano (fasc. 6521, Bini Smaghi).

Inquartato: nel 1° e 4° d'azzurro, allo scaglione d'oro, accompagnato in capo da due rose d'argento e in punta da un monte a sei cime dello stesso; nel 2° e 3° d'argento, al rogo al naturale infiammato di rosso.
