De origen florentino. Vivió en Roma en 1490. Dom Dominicus de Bonisaugurijs legum doctore de Regione Sancti Eustalchij. Murió en 1507 y fue enterrado en dicha iglesia. Había sido conservador en 1482. De los documentos informados por Cav. Jacovacci señala que su esposa Domina Lucía murió en 1529, y que su hijo Bernardo o Bernardino de Bonisauguriis era esposo de Domina Francisca de Buccapadulibus, un noble romano. En el repertorio de Magalotti (ms. En la Biblioteca Chigiana GV 146) se informa el resumen del acto de compromiso (13 de abril de 1519) entre dichos Francesca et Nob. Virum Dom. Bernardinum de Bonisauguriis.
