Leone Borgio, detto corrottamente Boira, venne da Spagna chiamato dal Rè Federico II, dal quale fù promosso negl'uffici di Secretario, e Consultore, appo il quale con splendore fiorì, e'l figlio Federico visse stimato dal Rè Pietro II: da costui nè nacque Gugliemo gentil'huomo del Rè Martino, e della Regina Bianca, e pretendendo per ragion della moglie Flavia Sanguigno i feudi dell'Albiato, e Galermo, nel territorio Leontino, tentò lite à Maijnitto Sortino all'hora possessore di quelli, percioche i predetti feudi furono di Riccardo Sanguigno cavaliero, costui dopo la sua morte gli lasciò à Martina sua moglie, che per esser morta ab intestata, nè prese il possesso la Regia Corte, e puoco dopo dal Rè Federico III furono concessi à Federico d'Aragona figlio d'Orlando nel 1371, i quali per cagion di matrimonio à Manfredo d'Alagona pervennero; mà per haversi egli partito della Real devotione gli furono tolti dal Rè Martino, e
