Desconhece-se quem foi o principal antepassado e tronco propagador desta ilustre linhagem devido à sua remota antiguidade, sendo tradicional e imemorial a nobreza dos seus filhos, que sempre e por toda a parte gozaram da consideração e preeminência correspondentes aos seus ilustres nascimentos, sendo os a mais iluminada de suas linhas aquela que se enraizou
