Alte und sehr edle toskanische Familie mit klarer und überlieferter Tugend, die sich über die Jahrhunderte in verschiedenen Regionen Italiens verbreitet hat. Der Ursprung dieses wertvollen Familiennamens liegt im mittelalterlichen Namen „Britius“, der bereits im 12. Jahrhundert als Familiennamenform bezeugt ist. Von dieser edlen Linie finden wir zwei Hauptlinien. Der älteste hatte seine Wiege in der Stadt Siena, wo seine Vertreter zu denen gehörten, die dem Monte dei Gentiluomini zugeschrieben wurden und im Jahr 1356 residierten. Denken Sie daran, dass Aldello Brizzi, apostolischer Protonotar der Teilnehmer von Leo X., manchmal auch Brizi genannt wurde.
