Con Sovrana Risoluzione Austriaca 19 settembre 1819, Giovanni Antonio di Francesco Antonio ottenne la nobiltà dell'I.A. mf. e ciò perché quantunque né egli né i suoi maggiori fossero stati ascritti al Consiglio nobile di Verona, pure alcuni membri di quella famiglia trovansi ascritti ad una Compagnia veronese dalla quale maturavasi il diritto per l'ascrizione al Consiglio, esigendosi prove di civiltà, di illustri matrimoni, di ricca possidenza e di costumi irreprovevoli. Con Decreto Regio 5 novembre 1925 e RR. LL. PP. 25 febbraio 1926 venne concesso a Giovanni Antonio di Giov. Battista il titolo di conte trasmissibile ai discendenti legittimi naturali maschi da maschi in linea e per ordine di primogenitura ed in mancanza di prole, al nipote Giovan Francesco di Giulio, riprendendo poi la trasmissibilità mascolina e primogeniale.
