Família antiga da qual existem memórias no arquivo SS. Trinità di Cava, desde 1159. Gozava das honras do patrocínio na cidade de Pozzuoli. Foi reconhecida em sua nobreza em 1843 e 1844 como a quarta de outras famílias na admissão delas no RR. Guarda-costas. Em 1871 ela foi recebida por justiça na ordem de Malta. Esta família é representada em Pozzuoli pelos descendentes de Flavio e Giuseppe reconhecidos patrícios de Pozzuoli em 1858. Está decorada, em uma das filiais que residem em Nápoles, com o título de Marquês de Campolattaro, por sucessão da família Blanc, título concedido em 1770 a este este último, em troca do título de marquês de Pizzone, com quem investiu desde 1668 e com a mesma antiguidade. Esta filial é representada por Emilio, di Carlo, di Emilio, nascido em 12 de setembro de 1849. Evelina Gallone, o príncipe de Tricase, marquês de Campolattaro, patrício de Pozzuoli.
