Un Raffaele, figlio del precedente, con suo testamento del 1597, oltre a vari legati per beneficenza, istituì un legato di maritaggio di scudi 14.000 per le sue consanguinee di cognome Vanni; Un Orazio fu giudice della corte pretoriana di Palermo nel 1603-4 e del tribunale del Concistoro nel 1601-2; un Vincenzo fu senatore di Palermo negli anni 1603-4, 1607-8 e 1616-17-18; un Raffaele, con privilegio dato il 20 novembre 1620 esecutoriato del titolo di marchese di Roccabianca; un Gaspare fu senatore di Palermo nel 1644-45; un Pietro tenne la stessa carica in detta città negli anni 1639-40, 1659-60 e tale carica tennero un Placido e Termine negli anni 1664-65; un Emanuele dei marchesi di Roccabianca fu primo marchese
