Casa feudal nobre da Calábria, de origem normanda, cuja filiação autêntica remonta por linha masculina direta a Guglielmo C., senhor do castelo de Simari na Calábria Além disso, no ano de 1120, ele fez doações substanciais de seus bens para a histórica Cerosa di S. Brumone na Calábria.
