Familie von Benevento, deren Filiation auf Giulio zurückgeht, der im 16. Jahrhundert in Benevento lebte und 1695 dem Patriziat von Benevento hinzugefügt wurde. Er verwendet dieselbe Waffe der historischen Familie C. spanischer Herkunft, Grafen von Avellino im Königreich Neapel , dessen erstgeborener Zweig in Maria C. ausgestorben ist, Gräfin von Avellino und Marquise von Paduli, die Francesco d'Este von den Herzögen von Ferrara heiratete und starb, ohne Nachkommen zu hinterlassen. Und dieselbe Waffe benutzte die Adelsfamilie C. von Sizilien, die C. von Camerino und die Feudalherren von Cardona von Calcabottaccio in Molise. Für die Heirat von Antonio C. mit Amelia Albini, ebenfalls aus der letzten Beneventana Patrizia-Familie seines Zweiges, fügte er seinem eigenen den Nachnamen Albini hinzu, Gio. Battista C. erhielt im SM-Orden von Malta das Priorat von Rom. 1513 gehörte es wahrscheinlich dem C. von Benevento.
