I figli del barone Giuseppe furono autorizzati ad aggiungere al proprio il cognome Serventi. Giuseppe, di Carlo, Giuseppe, di Giuseppe. Figli: Giorgio, Eugenio, Federica. Sono iscritti nel Libro d'Oro della Nob. Ital. e nell'Elenco Uff. Nob. Ital. del 1933, col titolo di Barone (mpr.) in virtù del Decr. Luogoten. di Rinnov. 10 febberaio 1918: Giorgio, di Giuseppe (dec. a Torino 1 marzo 1930), di Carlo Giuseppe, n. a Chaumont 17 agosto 1880, ten. Colonn. Comandante lo squadrone delle Gaurdie di S. Maestà il Re, Cav. Uff. mauriziano e della Cor. d'Italia, decorato di medaglia
