Ancienne et noble famille de Vérone. Le Commendator GB de Crollalanza rapporte le blason de cette famille dans les volumes de son dictionnaire historique des blasons des familles nobles et notables italiennes. Les familles étrangères, qui après 1420 sont venues vivre à Vérone, et qui, ayant des possessions dans la ville ou sur le territoire, se sont fait inscrire dans l'échantillon de l'évaluation, bien que beaucoup d'entre elles aient été d'origine illustre, bien qu'à l'exception de quelques cas agrégés au Noble Conseil sinon après un demi-siècle et d'autres après cent ans, et même après deux cents, et même plus. Ceux qui avaient été nobles, dès qu'ils furent admis au Conseil, le devinrent. Mais il n'est pas à croire que tous aient acquis la noblesse l'année où ils ont commencé à lui appartenir ; plusieurs d'entre eux dont la famille Cerina étaient déjà nobles avant de nous être attribués.
