Oriundi de Carignano, os dois irmãos Melchiorre e Giovanni Domenico, que viviam no início do século XVII, erigiram uma capela no convento dos pais agostinianos. Os descendentes de Giovani Domenico terminaram com seu sobrinho Carlo Antonio, di Lorenzo, que em 1687 entregou a arma com seu primo Melchiorre, di Carlo. Melchiorre teve para seu filho Carlo, de quem nasceu outro Melchiorre que entregou a arma com seu primo Carlo Antonio.
