Antiga e muito nobre família belga, originária do território da Flandres, de clara e ancestral virtude, espalhada ao longo dos séculos em várias regiões europeias, com grande povoamento no Norte de Itália e, mais precisamente, na região de Friuli Venezia-Giulia.
