Famiglia cremasca, che ottenne il titolo comitale con trasmissione mascolina da Francesco Farnese, duca di Parma, con Diploma 14 febbraio 1698 concesso a Giovanni Paolo Andrea che dalla nobile Emilia Terni ebbe per figli: Antonio Camillo, Padre Carmelitano (col nome di Giachino) n. 9 luglio 1671, dec. il 3 novembre 1740, creato vescovo il 2 febbraio 1718 dal Pont. Clemente XI ed ebbe le cattedre vescovili di Sezze, Narni e Terracina; Giacomo che generò un Andrea, morto improle; Gioacchino, che sposò Angela Pergami, sorella del ben noto cortigiano della principessa di Galles. Da essi nacquero Andrea (n. 1809) e Stefano Francesco (n. 1811), dai quali provengono i viventi. Altro ramo. Originaria del Lodigiano, vanta il Beato Giacomo Oldo francescano, ed il P. Gioacchino, carmelitano, salito al vescovato di Narni e quindi a quello di Sezze, Terracina e Piperno. Gli O. vennero creati conti da Francesco Farnese Duca di Parma con
